Jonathan Owens is a U.S. Army veteran and the founder of H&A Integrated Services LLC. He brings extensive experience in federal construction, project management, and government operations, with a background spanning the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and private sector leadership.

H&A was established to provide federal agencies and organizations with credentialed, mission-ready expertise across construction, facilities, technology, and professional services.

Jordan "Chase" Clendenon is a United States Marine Corps veteran and H&A's Director of Technology. He brings hands-on federal IT infrastructure experience managing 176 routers and switches and 5,519 IT assets across three Army data centers — the kind of operational scale that most IT professionals never encounter.

Chase holds Cisco and Tenable certifications and specializes in cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, RMF, and DISA STIGs. His expertise spans network access control, virtualization, firewall and VPN architecture, and SCADA security — giving H&A the technical depth to support the most demanding federal IT and cybersecurity requirements.

William Young brings 30 years of government background to H&A Integrated Services, with deep roots in maintenance and operations across federal facilities. As a long-tenured M&O professional, he has built hands-on expertise across most trade fields — making him one of the most versatile operational assets on the team.

A U.S. Army veteran and recognized subject matter expert, William's breadth of trade knowledge and federal operations experience directly supports H&A's ability to execute complex, multi-discipline contracts with precision and accountability.

Jasmine Dudding is not a typical finance professional and that is exactly what H&A needed. As a paid firefighter and paramedic, she has operated in life-or-death environments where precision, composure, and split-second decision-making are non-negotiable. That same discipline defines how she manages H&A's financial operations.

As Assistant General Manager of the Radford Transit System, Jasmine oversaw multi-department coordination, workforce administration, operational budgeting, and service delivery across a public transit organization — experience that maps directly onto the complexity of federal contract administration and cost tracking.

A graduate of Radford University and a competitive MMA athlete, Jasmine brings a rare combination of academic foundation, operational leadership, and the mental toughness that high-performance environments demand.
